Oviedo, Fla. (January 27, 2014) - Oviedo-Winter springs (OWS) Regional Chamber of commerce is excited to announce the entertainment lineup for the 20th Among the artists scheduled to appear is the 17-70 Band. The event will take place on Saturday, March 8 and will run from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m., with fireworks beginning at 7 p.m.
Admission is free.
For 20 years, the Taste of Oviedo has allowed the community an opportunity to sample the finest that Oviedo has to offer. In commemoration of this milestone celebration, this year’s event will feature a Chicken Chomp Contest (3C) which is a wings, celery and orange juice eating contest which will benefit The Oviedo Preservation Project (TOPP).
“We are looking to this year’s Taste to be larger than ever,” said OWSRCC president and CEO Cory Skeates. “The support we’ve received from local business indicates that this, as in other years, will be a success..
